• Customized or gift-packed items, unless damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products:

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Send an email to support@atyab.in with your order number and clear images of the damaged product.
• Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
